  • every child is different. LOs sleep patterns will adjust and/or settle. You are a good mother, you do not lack you do not slack. The zoloft should really start to help within a week or so. I didnt feel a major difference for close to 3 weeks after starting it.

A bit of advice, I know its hard, but stop worrying about it. The more you worry and stress about his sleep and naps, the more he feels it from you and the harder it will be. Relax, breath, take each nap as a success and each trial as a chance to learn what to do next time. One nap, one day at a time.

  • I worried a lot too, and mostly about my girl's sleeping.  Zoloft worked for me, but it doesn't work for everyone.  It really turned around for me at 2 weeks, but for the PP at 3 weeks.  If you really aren't feeling any improvement, call your doctor.  There are other options out there that may be more effective.
