3 car seats in the back of my honda CRV???

Unfortunately DH and I are not really in a position to buy a minivan at this point, however, I am not sure if we will be able to fit all three babies in either of our cars. I have a honda CRV, DH has a Chevy Equinox.

Did anyone have luck fitting 3 rear-facing carseats across the back of their small SUV? If so what car seats fit best?

I'm going to try and borrow car seats from some friends and test them out to see if they will fit, but figured I'd get a headstart by asking you all.

Yep and I have a Hyundai Sonata. 2 Graco Snugride 22s and a Sunshine Radian.

Yes, we fit 2 Graco Snugrides 22 and 1 Chicco Keyfit (30 I think) in the back of our CRV. When it's time to move up to convertible carseats, I'd be willing to bet the Sunshine Radians would fit. We ended up getting a mini van when they were 6 mos. old, so I don't know for sure.

I have a CRV, and I have 2 Snugride 35, and I don't think 3 of the 35's will fit.

I can get 3 Chicco KeyFits in the back of my Escape. Baby Trend Flex-Loc fit too, but I would NOT recommend them. The puzzle bucket will drive you crazy!

Combi makes a seat designed to fit in compact cars. The only draw-back is they are not an infant carrier. I didn't use my infant carriers much - too much work. I can't tell you the last time I took them out of the car.
