I recently got the target brand gas drops for LO. It says to use .3 ml for 1 oz water. So, if I feed LO 3 oz of formula, do you put 3 drops of .3 in the bottle?

I we use Walmart brand and it simply says to give .3 as needed or at every feeding either by mouth or in her formula. I don't think the ratio of formula to drops matter.
You can only use the .3 up to 12 times in a 24 hour period. It means you can give it in an oz of water if the baby does not like the taste or will not take it by itself. You can only use it every 1/2 hour also. PLEASE DO NOT OVER MEDICATE YOUR CHILD.
Also my peditrician said to not give water until at least a year.
I usually just shoot it in after the bottle is over & she is burped. If a couple of minutes later she is still exhibiting symptoms I'll give her the drops.
The Little Tummies I use is berry flavored & DD seems to like it. She tends to not want to take the bottle if I put it in with the milk. She tends to make faces and spit the nipple out.
ETA: I only use the .3 mark and I don't do it every feeding. Only if she has had gas most of the day or giving indications she is in pain.

Our pediatrician actually said the opposite-- you can give them a little water but don't go crazy because it has no nutritional value.
The recommendation our pedi gave was a little bit of water at room temperature and do it with a dropper.
I think as long as you aren't going nuts with the water (like substituting water for milk or something like that) that it shouldn't hurt them.
