First experience at the naval hospital...

Although the nature of the visit was unfortunate, at least I'm a little more at ease that it truly is a real hospital. We lost our baby, sadly :(. But the staff there was great. The only part of the experience that was unsettling, other that the needle drawing my blood, was that the first person to start admitting me in the back of the ER happened to be very pregnant. Almost like a slap in the face :(. I can't take it too personally, but still. It was hard.

On the upside, they were helpful. Well, as helpful as possible. The nurses were kind, and the doctor was thorough. When we get pregnant again, I'm feeling a bit more comfortable with the idea of going there for my care.

Anyways, I hope you all had a better Thanksgiving than I did :/. Just thought I'd share my experience.
