tv installation recs

We finally joined the world of flat screens after we scored one on Black Friday. Any recs for someone to mount it (that'swhatshesaid)? I'm pretty sure DH and I *could* do it, but it would suuuuuuuck if we put it up there, only to have it fall off the wall a few weeks later.

I know that the Geek Squad from Best Buy can do it, but I didn't know if there was another (local) company that you would recommend.

    I don't have any recs, but I just wanted to chime in that you could totally, totally do it. DH got a mounting bracket off of Amazon and did it himself no problem, and we are not especially handy people. As long as you can find studs it's really not bad.

    Of course now that I posted this it's going to fall off the wall overnight, I just know it.

    I believe that Ikea also has tv mounting brackets as well.

    We got a guy to do it and it was great - hid all the wires, mounted speakers, etc. Will ask the hubs who it was and send you an email.

    Oh you know, that would be a good reason to just have someone do it. Because I will tell you right now those wires drive me CRAZY. Especially if you're going to have surround sound.
