2nd u/s tomorrow - Getting nervous

So, our second u/s is tomorrow and I'm starting to get nervous. Our first one was at 5w4d and we saw the sac measuring on track, but no fetal pole or HB yet. Tomorrow I'll be 8w1d and we should definitely see more. I'm so scared, though, that we'll go in and see the same thing we did three weeks ago.
At this time last year I was in the exactly the same place. I was ~8w and we went in the Monday after Thanksgiving for an u/s and found out our LO wasn't growing properly. I'm terrified of a repeat.
I'm trying to stay clam. I've had a ton of symptoms this time that I didn't have the past two times, which I'm counting as a good sign. I'm on progesterone and folic acid, which are supposed to "fix" my problems. I'm trying to stay positive, but I'm finding it hard not to assume the worst.
I could really use any T&P you can spare and some good vibes for tomorrow!

I was so nervous for my first u/s so I completely understand. Just take deep breaths and focus on those positive thoughts! The symptoms are a great sign too!

*HUGS* I know how hard it can be to not worry, but try to relax and hang in there. I am super superstitoius, but I try to remember that it's not really something that matters or actually affects everything.

First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.
JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.
