Usually they don't let you use coupons with online purchases and/or if the item is already on sale. Usually the 20% is the best coupon you can get, and it's on a regularly priced item.

Our high chair was on sale. My mom and I finished buying all our big stuff that was on sale. This is the lowest I seen some of the prices. I was able to use my BRU Reward dollars with the purchase.
