5 weeks pp and side of scar is red and purple?

So, I am seeing my dr tomorrow.  All of a sudden I got some pain on my right side yesterday.  To my surprise, the side of my incision was red and slightly inflammed.  Well, today the pain got better, but is coming back.  And, the redness turned to a purple.  I hope I really didn't hurt myself.  The only thing I can think of was Thanksgiving, I put LO in the car seat and felt a pull.  This is my 2nd section... I am so upset, because I was feeling ssoooooo good.  : (  Anyone experience this?

    Part of mine is still kind of purplish.  At least in my case it's jjust because of the way I was put back together and healed.
