Has anyone gone late with one child and early with the next?

I had to be induced at 42 weeks with dd and i'm so afraid i'll go over with this one as well.
I know he'll come when he's ready but i just need some reassurance lol

    not anytime recent, but my mom was 2 weeks late with her first (me) and 9 days early with her second (my sister).  spontaneous (un-induced) labor both times.

    It's very common for FTM to go late and 2+ time moms to go early.  I think it has something to do with the fact that as a FTM your body has a little more prep work to go through where as 2+ times your body kind of knows the drill.  Also, 2+ typically have quicker births.  Although this is very common it is not guaranteed.

    My mom was over a week late with me (1st born) and 2 days early with my brother.

    Anything can happen!  In general, after the first time you tend to go early rather than late.

    My mother had her first 3 weeks early, her second (me) right on her due date, and her third was just a few days early.
