Trouble TTC

What are you thankful for today?

This will be a post and run, but in the spirit of Thanksgiving, let's name three things we are thankful for.

I am thankful that my husband and I have a strong relationship that has endured despite our struggles.

I am thankful that the Lord saw fit to grant my mother better health this year (she has a potentially fatal autoimmune disease known as Wegener's disease)

And finally, much more superficial, I am thankful for my iPhone. Big Smile

  • I am thankful for my wonderful husband.

I am thankful for my family.  My grandmother had a stroke last year, and we didn't think she would make it.  I'm thankful that she has done remarkably well (considering where she was at) and that she will be here this Thanksgiving.

I'm thankful for the joy my nieces and nephews bring.

I'm thankful for sweets and baking!  (We've been sharing recipes at school.)

I'm thankful for the beauty of nature.

    I'm thankful for hope.

  • I am thankful for my husband and our health. I am thankful for the person he has become through all of this. His strength and ability to adapt and change have been so important to me.

I am thankful for my cozy house and this warm cup of coffee on a day off.

And I know this may sound goofy, but I am thankful for my clinic and my doctor. I am thankful that he's been thinking about this IVF cycle for so long for us, so much so that he even told me that he's played it out in his head several times already. <3

I am thankful for my beautiful home, which is already starting to smell like delicious food.

I am thankful for my friends and family, who can't be with us in person today... but I know their hearts and thoughts are present.

  • Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm so thankful for my family - I don't get to see them as often as I'd like, but all the happiness they've given me over the years is enough to keep me smiling from ear to ear. And spending this Thanksgiving with my sister is such a gift.

I'm thankful for my husband - his patience and sweetness with me, especially these past few months, have been lifesavers. And I'm always impressed by his work ethic and concern for me and our family.

I'm thankful for where we live - we moved out west last year for my school, and weren't sure if we'd love it. Thankfully, it's proved to be a place of inspiration and wonder for us, and that's been amazing.

Siggy Note: Drunk Ron Swanson is on a break while Amy Poehler takes over for a while, summing up my thoughts on all this birth control, prenatal testing, women's issues stuff in the news.

  • Great post to put a positive spin on today! I'm thankful for my husband and family, overtime to pay for our IUIs so we don't have to dip into savings, and my health. Hope everyone has had a great day!

I am thankful for my dogs and the amazing way they can always make me smile.

I am thankful for my mother's teaching me all I know about cooking. Cooking always makes me happy and there's nothing more satisfying that quieting a room with good food.
