I kinda feel like it's a waste of money, but...

I want more professional pics made. We hade some just after she came home and I know that I want all 3 of us on the Christmas card we send out, but I feel like I need a pro pic now because she looks so different from previous pic. I know I can take a couple myself, but it's not the same:(

    I know this might sound crazy, but what about going to Sears or JCPenney? I think they've improved a TON in they last couple years. And they have so many coupons out there, even if the pics turn out crappy you're only out a few bucks. That's what we probably would have done if our friend hadn't taken ours for free.

    A friend told me she got good pics done at Sear's. I think I am going tomorrow:)

    I had a professional photographer come to the house to take photos of our LO when she was 2 months old. While the photographer rocked & I love the finished photos, I can't justify or afford spending that kind of money consistently on photos. We've been to a local Target 3x since the pro-session and I love those pictures just as much. We're going back in a few weeks for 9-month photos & a family pic :)

    You should also look on Living Social in your area.  They have tons of deals on family packages (or just baby) with professional photographers.  We got a great deal this way and got wonderful family photos which we took in our local botanical gardens.

    I feel the same way. My cousin told me that she went to Sears for those and they were great. So I plan on doing that. They also have all kinds of coupons for deals out there.
