So after my last post, I did some more investigating on my situation. See I'm a RN and know my MD on more than just a physician/patient level. I think that is preventing me from asking all the questions that I should. I need to realize that after 19 long months of TTC, I obviously have a lot to learn about my body. So, I did some medical research, presented her the articles and she still felt that leaving my one affected tube was the best choice. She continues to state that doing more abdominal surgery will put my "good" tube at high risk. That she only plans on removing the affected tube if we have to move on to IVF (we aten't close yet).
So here I am. Still with the left sided hydrosalpinx and going to try for IUI again in Decemeber. It's all I can think about... wait for CD#1, start clomid, wait to start OPK kits, then TWW. UGH! So now, I'm looking into natural cures while I wait for AF to arrive (any day now).
Has anyone tried Silica or Fertility cleanse or Fallopian Well? How about massage? Accupunture?
