Have you or when are you going to switch to a convertible carseat? Have
you done any research yet or heard any reviews on them? Just curious.. I
have just started to research.
My switched back in August. We were going on a long road trip and I wanted DD to be as comfortable as possible. She was still within the size limits of her infant seat, but it just looked so cramped for her.
We have the Graco MyRide 65. It was $105, which is awesome. It goes up to 40 lbs RF and 65lbs FF. So far, we love it. It's nice and comfy for DD. I love the cupholders - they will definitely come in handy as she gets older for drinks and snacks. It is quite large so I wouldn't recommend it for a compact car, but it fits just fine in our Honda Accord sedan, with room to spare.

This. I like it enough, but it's big and is a tight fit in the back of our Juke. Lucian seems to like it. When his brother arrives we're switching him to a Radian XTSL because it's thinner and will fit next to the infant carrier, whereas the Graco won't.

Mine has been in a convertible since she came home from the hospital. We have a MyRide 65 too, and she mostly loves it. My one complaint is that the straps constantly need adjusting, but that's mostly because right now the weather is all over the freaking place.
Britax Marathon 70 for about 5 months now - he just wasn't comfy in the infant carrier. I like it alot but it's kind of big - I drive a Honda Pilot and my passenger seat is pretty close to the dash board - drives my H nuts.
