I just had to come on today and say THANK YOU!!!!

I brined my turkey and used an oven bag and it came out fantastic. I've never had a better turkey. DH loved it and my MIL was more than a little impressed. The turkey was my newest cooking adventure and I was worried I'd end up with a dry inedible thing but boy was I wrong. I'm actually going to need to find recipes for leftovers instead of making turkey soup.
