I get at least one a week its a common pregger symptom my doc explained the increased blood volume we have pushes capillaries closer to the surface and in delicate areas (like the inside of your nose) makes it easy to rupture them. That said, she said if it takes more than a half hour to stop, you should consider getting it cauterized
