Ian is awesome! He is doing amazingly well. In just over 24 hours he has completed every check mark on the list to be able to go home. The doctor just stopped by and said we could go! I can't believe how well he is doing. It still might take a little while, but we should be heading home tonight. I get to sleep in my own bed!!

Once home, I will try to post about the actual surgery and post a pic or two. Thank you all (even you lurkers!) for the support. The encouragement and well wishes have been read many times over these last couple of days.
