Maryland Babies

Intro and OB question...

Hi ladies! Just found out I'm pregnant and due 7/28/12. I'm currently still seeing my fertility doctor until at least my 8th week but then I'll need an OB. Anyone in the Baltimore have a Kaiser OB recommendation? Right now I go to the Kaiser in White Marsh and my OBGYN is supposed to be Dr Sun-Woo but I haven't met her yet. Thanks!!!

Re: Intro and OB question...

  • Welcome! I go to Kaiser White Marsh and I saw Dr. Sun about 50% of the time for my OB visits. She is wonderful! She is very kind and was great with my husband, too. I didn't deliver with her or my other OB because all of the Baltimore Kaiser doctors rotate at GBMC. I delivered with Dr. Bernard from Woodlawn and I had a good experience with her. Let me know if you have any questions and good luck!

  • Dr. Sohn Woo was amazing a few years ago when I had my m/c. I was so impressed with her bedside manner and with the facilities. it's really nice not having to go to a seperate ultrasound place and getting bloodwork there and not having it sent out to a lab. It makes a big difference. I also saw another female doctor there that I liked, I don't remember her name but I know she had triplets and was older, white lady.

I was at GBMC for my D & C (and ended up having my c-section there but through another doc) and it was fantastic.

I think you're talking about Dr. Willard. She retired not long after I had DD. They have a new OB that I haven't met yet.

  • Welcome and Congratulations!
