  Old Navy and Children's Place have some pjs that are 100% cotton. Not the fuzzy ones though, they are polyester.

  My Marshall's & Tj Maxx usually has organic cotton pjs & sleepers.

  I have some from Old Navy that I love! They fit my big guy great too!

  I LOVE the ones from Children's Place. They do run a little small though.
