A poster on the December 2011 board just asked who was planning on bringing a Boppy pillow to the hospital. That got me wondering this: can you even use a Boppy right after having a c-section or is it too uncomfortable? I'm a FTM, so excuse my ignorance.

Re: Bringing Boppy Pillow to the Hospital?
I used it for the baby (not nursing), he laid in it in my lap. We held him 95% of the time of course, but there were times it was nice to just look at him, and it was the perfect positioner!
I can't even remember what I used for nursing, LOL. Regular pillows?
Yes...I used it as a lap pillow on my knees to put my computer on. lol- Bring it.
Bring the boppy - great idea! My first birth, I brought my own pillows and my favorite pillowcases. It made me so much more comfortable during the 20 hours of labor and recovery. They also perked up the photos.
Hospital pillows are pretty uncomfy.
