Everything went really well! I love the hopeful, happy feeling I get after my IUIs. I feel like I could give the whole world a big 'ol hug...even our stupid intern who has yet to master filing in alphabetical order.

Re: IUI #5 was this morning!
LOL!
Good luck on #5!!
Can I also ask you a question....what has kept you moving on with IUI's? Is it because of your diagnosis? Financial? You don't have to answer if its too personal. I am asking because we just had #2 fail and are really questioning where to go next. My RE wants to do one, if not two, more with the same protocol. DH and I are being a tad negative nancyish (made that word up) in thinking, why would we spend another $5k to do what hasn't worked the first two times. Our diagnosis as of right now is annovulation and I am just trying to get some insight on where to go next. TIA!
Sure, no problem! We just feel each time that we've gotten so close...for some reason we just really feel like it'll happen. We decided that we'd do 6 IUIs and then re-evaluate our plan from there.
And it doesn't hurt that our insurance pays for everything but meds and we get a discount on those. Our IUIs are only costing us about $500 a month...the price is definitely right!
Thank you!! I think I need to have a more optimistic attitude about it. Thank you for sharing! And I hope there is no #6 for you!
