Can I ask how sex on your period happens on accident? Does he slip and just accidentally fall in? "Oops! Didn't see you there. Annnnddddd now we're having sex. Awesome!"

As for the poll, I've done it a few times but not with DH. I'm more bothered by it than he is and it's mostly because I really like my sheets (they're really lovely!) If i wasn't so hung up about the "eww" factor, I totally would. But again, it's my issue. Not his.

I didn't have sex this morning. So, now that I have that out of the way...

I had no idea my period had started until I got up and went to the bathroom this morning. No bleeding (that I noticed) until I wiped. So, if DH and I had been in the mood, we would have run into an accidental period sex situation. On our white sheets. I'm really glad we didn't have sex this morning.

AF is usually pretty light for me. We use condoms, so clean up is minimal...so yeah, it's no big deal for us!

I don't have periods at this point (yay mirena), but when I did, period sex was NBD. Not day one or two, but towards the end.. Just throw a towel down or do it in the shower. DH doesn't care.

Confession: we had accidental period sex on our honeymoon cuz dumb old AF was way early. Which meant no towel was down, and we were not in the shower. I was very glad we were not in our bed, on our sheets. We took the liberty to throw those sheets away for them. You're welcome, all other Mandalay Bay guests.

As I said below... my DH is a "hell no" person when even the faintest trace of AF is here. He did try to rally this week during my ovulation bleeding fun, but it didn't work.
