Just milk, which I was told to avoid in large amounts. I have a little on my oatmeal in the morning, but I still eat cheese (which I was told was ok). I try not to drink too much coffee, because the acid in it upsets ds tummy if I have more then 2 cups a day. Ds was so gassy for the first 4 weeks and I thought it HAD to be something I was eating. I tried cutting things out to see if it helped and was basically just eating oatmeal, saltines and chicken. Now I really just think it was his digestive system getting use to eating in general. His gas is so much better now! It just took time.
I've avoided spicy foods, and I miss Mexican food so much! I'm afraid to eat any because I'm afraid it will upset her tummy. She acts a little gassy in the evening regardless of what I've eaten that day.
I am not avoiding anything. I am not a coffee drinker and I don't drink alcohol so I am not missing anything. According to my pedi and kellymom.com-- what you eat doesn't affect them.

Nothing (well except alcohol and I don't drink caffeine). I am actually eating as many spicy and "ethinic" foods as I can. Flavors of certain food (garlic, spicy food, cinnamon) carry over i breastmilk and I read that eating lots of these foods can help the baby to develop a diverse palate.

I stick to 1 cup of coffee a day, and only have the occasional small glass of wine. Other than that, I'm not really avoiding anything...just trying to eat a balanced diet.

I'm not avoiding anything. I have 2-3 cups of coffee a day and either a glass of wine or a beer 3-4 times a week. I think eggs may bother her but I'm still experimenting to see if that's the case. DD was super fussy from 3 weeks to 6 weeks, but the past week has been better so I think it was just her digestive tract maturing like pp said.

Same here-the pedi just told me today that what I eat doesn't affect her in terms of gas/fussiness.

This except I am avoiding all dairy because Lo has an actual dairy sensitivity. I don't know why you would limit or cut back on it if your baby doesn't.
Caffeine for now, will probably go back to it when DS is a little older and broccoli. Call me crazy but I think DD had issues when I ate broccoli while nursing her, so it's easier to just not eat it.

None, DD handles spicy foods fine (atleast as spicy as mom can handle) but I eat mild salsa probably daily...
Vinegar doesn't seem to upset her as I like mustard on my chicken (lots of mustard) and she doesn't have any issues.
I've resumed caffeine and she's fine with that too...
