What are you making/having for Thanksgiving dessert?

I am full of Thanksgiving spirit right now! I may even like it more than Christmas (gasp!) - all the food, but none of the stress of buying people presents!

Anyway, I am super excited to start making my Thanksgiving dessert:

Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Pecan Cheesecake Pie Recipe

Only I am going to use cashews, since DH doesn't like pecans, and then I'm going to drizzle it with chocolate before serving. And I'm making the pie crust from scratch w/ Julia Child's recipe. I may need to take a cold shower after describing this pie to you, that's how excited I am...

I kinda think I rock right now.

What are you guys making, or excited about eating?

    I may have to ditch the Oreo crpa and make this! My mom is hosting Thanksgiving and making pie but I wanted something else.

    I'm making a pumpkin pie and an apple pie, but I'm thinking of doing a cheesecake too because I crave cheesecake right now!

    Possibly my favorite Friends episode.  At least of the Thanksgiving ones for sure.  GL with the roll!

    I made a pumpkin pie earlier this week for DH as a bribe.  I have no idea what we're bringing tomorrow bc my DH is a slacker @ss.

    Normally I bake apple and pumpkin pies from scratch-including roasting a pumpkin , no canned stuff in my pies- but with the baby I am not even going to try. ILs ordered pies but I can't eat any of them since I'm trying no dairy to see if DD is allergic. I can't eat anything tomorrow except turkey and cranberry sauce.

    And I LOVE pumpkin roll, but I'm afraid that when I tried to roll it, the whole thing would just turn into a giant crumbled mess. You are brave!

    Pioneer Woman Spicy Molasses Cookies

    I'm sort of doing an inside out Thanksgiving the day after (chicken pot pie and all the sides, no turkey or ham or pies).  We have some family coming over who will have already had Thanskgiving somewhere else.
