Because I got a + OPK tonight!! LOL.
No, seriously though, it looks like I may be having an IUI on Thanksgiving. My RE makes you test in the morning and call by 7:00am. I tested this morning and it was negative (used a digi). I really didn't expect a + for a few more days since my cycles have been really long lately (Oing day 22, 24, etc..).
I always test after work too, but I couldn't today because I had acupuncture and traffic was so bad I had to go straight there. So I tested tonight and I got a smiley face. I was skeptical, so I tested with a line test and it was positive too.
I *think* my RE is open on Thanksgiving, they are only closed 2 days a year - Christmas and one other day. I just can't remember if it's Thanksgiving or New Years. So, if they are closed I will have to go in tomorrow and if they are open it will be on Thanksgiving.
So, please wish me luck girls. Maybe I will end up with a Thanksgiving that keeps on giving!!

I called the RE and they are open on Thanksgiving!! So DH has to do his "business" at 7:30 and then the IUI will be at 9:00. Then I'll be going home to make Thanksgiving dinner!!
Any positive thoughts and vibes would be greatly appreciated!!

DH has to be there for 7:30 - well, we will go together. And then the IUI is scheduled for 9:00. Hopefully, we'll be home by 10:00 so that I can make breakfast and get the turkey in the oven!!
