Hey ladies, need some help. DH snores like a lumberjack. It never really bothered me before because I would just throw some ear plugs in and fall asleep. But now I don't feel comfy sleeping with ear plugs. I have tried and I keep myself awake listening to the monitor to make sure I can hear DD if she wakes up. DH used the nose strips but they don't do anything for his snoring. I was wondering what your DH's do to stop snoring? For some reason or another that is only one of two things that really really annoy me. (for the record the other one is ticking clocks. Don't ask)

I do that too LOL!
LOL. Yup, this for me too! Or he ends up on the couch if it's really bad.

Yup, SO doesn't snore often but when he does I'll elbow him..if that doesn't stop it, I may or may not pinch his nose for a second.
Usually if H sleeps on his side it stops. lol.. I wack him, I don't elbow hahah..
We have a sound machine in our room for DS that happens to be very close to me... if that is on, I can usually drown out my H's snoring.
This!
Ha! My DH snores AND he IS a lumberjack
I don't really have any advice because I can sleep right through his snoring. He snores, my two dogs snore, and LO snores....I can no longer sleep when the house is quiet, there has to be some type of snoring for me to sleep soundly!

My life has a superb cast but I can't figure out the plot.
Oh sweet baby jesus my husbands snoring can suck the paint off the walls. I will wake him up and say "Turn on your side. Your snoring" in the meanest tone I got.
I dont like ear plugs either cause I worry about not hearing LO but I used to wear them every night when DH was home, pre baby.
My only advice is to have a comfy couch/comfy spare bed. If I would have gotten this post in the middle of the night while I was wide awake listening to DH snore my advice would be to strangle him. LOL
LOL Same we are EVIL
My DH's snoring correlates with his weight. Near ideal weight (165), very light snoring on back. Up 15 lbs (180), snores loud on back and light snoring on side. Up 30 lbs (195), snores loud on side also. My DH does not sleep on his belly, so I don't know about that.
Thankfully if I am sleeping well I don't notice it most of the time, but to get to sleep or return to sleep after BF... ugh. I have use ear plugs from time to time and am ready to send DH to the couch...
I know three folks with sleep apnea who use the device --- two use it regularly, one didn't like it so lost 20 lbs and is fairing much better.
