How old is your baby? 1 month, 1 week, 3 days
Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? 7lbs 2oz & 19" at birth.....9lbs 6oz & 21" at 1 month
Which baby item are you using most these days? The Rock n Play is a godsend for sleep!
How are you feeling these days? Pretty good...the pp bleeding has stopped and my hormones seem to have calmed a bit.
Recent milestone? DD has started smiling responsively which is of course adorable.
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? Daytime naps are still random and unpredictable. At night, DD naps in the late evening, then goes down from around 11pm until 5am, is up to eat, and back down until 9 or 10am.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? I'm looking forward to seeing my entire family on my dad's side this weekend (32 people in all!) and introducing DD to her great-great-grandfather!
How old is your baby? --- 4 weeks today! He'll be one month on Saturday.
Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? --- Birth: 8lb 5oz, 21 inches. At our last ped appt he was one ounce less. We see the doc again on Monday and I think he's grown about an inch or so and weighs at least 9lbs.
Which baby item are you using most these days? --- The Rock 'n Play.
How are you feeling these days? --- Great! Feeling less overwhelmed and more confident in my ability to know what DS wants/needs.
Recent milestone? --- He's nearly outgrown his nb stuff and is so much more aware! He's always looking around.
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? --- I'll use pattern loosely here, but usually he sleeps from 10pm - 2am and is up every 2-3 hours after that. He's been a remarkably good sleeper lately and it's been a lot better for my sanity only having to get up a handful of times rather than every hour.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? --- The Macy's Parade! This was a huge part of my childhood and I still cry when Santa comes to town at the end. Even though he won't have a clue, I am really excited about sharing this tradition with DS. I am a holiday season freak. In general though, I'm really looking forward to spending time with our families. All of DH's relations have gotten kind of spread out over the past few years, but will all be home for Thanksgiving this year. His family is awesome and I'm really looking forward to having everyone meet the baby.
How old is your baby? One month, two days
Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? At birth she was 6lbs 8oz and 19 inches long. At her 4 week appt last week she was 8lbs 6oz and 20.5 inches long.
Which baby item are you using most these days? The swing
How are you feeling these days? Good
Recent milestone? She rolled over from her belly to her back a few times yesterday.
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? She just dropped a night time feeding and is now only waking up twice to eat. Last night she ate at 9PM, 1AM and 4AM. It was the first time she went 4 hours between feedings at night (she's had her days and nights confused)
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? Seeing family and relaxing.

How old is your baby? 6 weeks & 4 days
Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? 8 lbs at birth, and was 11.3 lbs about 2 weeks ago
Which baby item are you using most these days? diapers- ha! Using the swing a lot more these days for naps.
How are you feeling these days? I feel fine except for being tired and my back hurts a lot
Recent milestone? DS is cooing a lot and kind-of smiling
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? Naps every few hours all day. At night he averages waking up about every 3 hours, but usually goes right back to sleep after nursing.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? getting out of the house and seeing my family. And I love Thanksgiving food. Happy Thanksgiving!

Which baby item are you using most these days?Tie between Sleep Sheep and Babyhawk. Both are used in the home and when we leave the house.
How are you feeling these days? Pretty good - I'm a little anxious about our first time spending the night away from home this week.
Recent milestone? Smiling, Cooing, and responding to my voice/searching for me.
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? He sleeps from 8pm to 2am, then from 2am to 6am when we get up for the day. Then his nap patterns vary, but usually he sleeps from 6:30am to 8:30 am, from 9;30am to 12pm, from 1:30-4pm and from 4pm to 6pm.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? Getting some extra sleep in since we won't be at my house where I have things to get done.
How old is your baby? They are 9 weeks today
Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? Birth, Anara 5lbs2oz, Ivy 5lbs6oz. 2 month checkup is next week but my guess is that Anara is around 9.5lbs and Ivy around 10lbs.
Which baby item are you using most these days? Swings and Boppy pillows.
How are you feeling these days? Feeling like this flap below my belly button will never go away which is probably true. Doing better with the baby blues, tried taking Zoloft but it only made things worse so I'm going to go without for now. The girls are happier and not crying as much so it's easier to cope.
Recent milestone? Smiles and coos
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? They wake up around midnight, 2am and 5am to eat. It's touch and go from 4:30 or 5am on...they want to be cuddled if they are going to sleep beyond that point.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? Big 'ol turkey dinner - my favorite meal of the year!!
How old is your baby? 8 weeks 2 days.
Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? At birth he was 7lbs 2 oz. On Friday he weighed in at 11lbs 10ozs.
Which baby item are you using most these days? Bouncer and play mat.
How are you feeling these days? I'm doing good. But when DS insists that I walk around and bounce him, I get very tired. My heart is still not healed and I get tired very easily.
Recent milestone? Responsive smiles and cooing.
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? He usually STTN and sleeps every 2-3 hours during the day.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? Spending time with family. I'm super excited for the holidays this year because of it being baby's first. I know he won't know what's going on, but I love that my family is complete and we are together.
How old is your baby? Almost a month, where did the time go??
Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? Birth: 8lbs, 12 oz., 20.5 inches. Less than 2 weeks later: 9lbs, 11 oz., 22 inches. I'm sure she's well over 10 by now!
Which baby item are you using most these days? Bum Genius xs cloth diapers, Brest Frend pillow.
How are you feeling these days? Great, she's a very good and easygoing baby.
Recent milestone? She coos to herself when on her playmat, it's the cutest thing!
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? Lately she's taken to daytime naps and sleeps 2-3 hours several times a day. Goes to bed at 8:30, up around 12:30, then right back down and up again between 5 and 6 and right back down again until 9 or so. She's been that way since birth, never had days and nights confused.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? Spending time with friends and eating!

How are you feeling these days?
Exhausted, since LO is still not sleeping more than 3-4 hours
Recent milestone?
Real smiles, not just smiling in his sleep/ gassy. His coos with his smiles are AH-mazing!
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)?
Still only 3-4 hrs before needing to be fed. Still getting up 2 times a night.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)?
Some yummy yummy turkey, mashed potatoes and desserts galore!

Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? 8lbs 40z / 8lbs 12 oz (at last appt)

How are you feeling these days? Better than my initial nervous/anxiety...anxious to get back into shape and feel a little bit better about myself
Recent milestone? Smiles (he has some adorable dimples!), Holding a ring
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? Sleeps at night / up 2-3 times to eat. Napping at random, but for a few hours at least twice a day.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? Having others hold the baby

How old is your baby? 6 weeks tomorrow
Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? 7lbs 6oz and 20in. not sure on weight now, since we haven't had her weighed since she was 2 weeks, but we measured her last night and she's 22in. long.
Which baby item are you using most these days? Her play mat that we just bought, she loves it.
How are you feeling these days? Pretty good. Somewhat tired but good.
Recent milestone? She has definitely started getting more of her personality. She smiles more at us.
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? Most of the time she'll let me get a good stretch of sleep the first part of the night and then she wakes up about every 2 hours after 2 or 3. Not horrible, but hopefully will get better.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? Pumpkin pie, I just made them today and they smell delicous. Also, my brother-in-law and his gf are coming down to see us since we couldn't be with our families this year.
How old is your baby? 6 almost 7 weeks old
Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? 9lbs 1 oz at birth and as of yesterday 14lbs 4oz!! He's such a chunky lil toad!
Which baby item are you using most these days? His snuggle bunny bouncy chair, fisher price ocean wonders aquarium (it should be called the baby hypnotiser!), and his white noise bear
How are you feeling these days? Still tired, but better! I have 6 more weeks before going back to work, but I'm already getting nervous about it! My boobs no longer hurt, I'm so glad I didn't give up when his latch was bad and I left like my nipples were going to get ripped off.
Recent milestone? He's sleeping longer stretches at night and he gave me his first real smile about 2 weeks ago. He looked right at me and returned my smile, it was soo cute!
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)?He does good naps during the day if we do the eat, awake, sleep pattern. 10pm to 1 am is still a hard time that he does not want to sleep no matter when I put him down! He has done a few 6 hr stretches, but most of the time he does two 4 hrs with a feeding a 5 or 6 am.
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? Showing my handsome little guy off to all of our family!

How are you feeling these days? much better this week. I am starting to feel like myself again
Recent milestone? I finally stopped bleeding!
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? Varies by day, but she is getting better at doing longer stints at night
What are you most looking forward to this Thanksgiving (for those in the States)? black friday shopping!

Which baby item are you using most these days? Her Little Lamb Swing and nipple shields... Ha!
How are you feeling these days? Pretty good... Sick of my muffin top and ready to finally get a handle on BFing... Not gonna give up!

Baby's stats (at birth & recently)? 7lbs 11oz at birth, home scale puts him at approx 10lbs, but we'll see next tuesday
Which baby item are you using most these days? His changing table, not only for diaper changes, he just loves to lay and look around (me by his side of course)
How are you feeling these days? Better, no longer weepy, just started back at the gym today.
Recent milestone? He started smiling while awake, but not yet in response to anything in particular.
What are your baby's sleeping patterns (if any)? Naps a few times during the day, usually change and feed at 2am and 5-6am. He is much better and not having his awake time at 4am like a few weeks ago.
