Peeing Keeping Me Up at Night

Anyone experiencing this? I've been peeing so much at night for the past 2 weeks. I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow, but since last week...I'll wake up every hour to pee, and it's not just a tinkle, but full blown. I read this is one of the pregnancy symptoms - frequent urination...but every hour? I'm not really complaining b/c I invite all pregnancy symptoms, but think it's kind of funny...

I wake up every two hours starting at 2 a.m.....I have learned to go back to sleep. DH always gives me a hard time in the morning. It's not as if I can control it.

Also, sometimes during a movie or a hour long show I have to pause 2-3 times. That is annoying.

ha! You're lucky. I sometimes have to pee every 15 minutes. It's just going to get worse when the baby is squishing our bladders to nothing.

i swear i get no sleep!! i stopped drinking so much water towards the end of the night and i still wake up every 2 hours like clockwork. i hate it so much.

yes I am... I pee before sleeping (9pm usually) and then I wake up about 4-5 times to pee... soo annoying and i am exhauseted the next day cause it takes me a while sometimes to fall back to sleep.

I was up more in 1st trimester peeing at night then 2nd for whatever reason. I think I just learned not to drink after a certain time or I was pretty miserable the whole night. It's hard to go back to sleep, so I try to prevent multiple nighttime bathroom trips.

There are nights that I will get up 6+ times to go to the bathroom and yeah, it seems to be a full bladder. It's annoying! I can't get back to sleep very easily afterwards either. i don't remember it being that bad when I was pregnant with my daughter.

I hope it gets better and not worse! I can't imagine getting any sleep once the baby is squishing my bladder!

I also go about every 2 hours at night and its like every half hour during the day. If I don't go when I start to feel the urge I get these HORRIBLE pains. Ahh, the joys of pregnancy

I am having the same problem, too. I already had a small bladder, but now I go ALL THE TIME. Sometimes it is every hour. It makes for a cranky morning, huh?
