  I would estimate a 3x5 but every doctors office is different. Mine definitely weren't a 4x6 size so that's why I say 3x5.

  Call your doctor's office. Mine gave me a CD with the pictures on it so we could email them or print whatever size.

  You could always get a 4x6 or 5x7 and mount the u/s on a piece of color cardstock or scrapbook paper if the frame is larger than the image.

  I don't know if you have a Gordman's by you, but they had really cute ultrasound frames.....I'm going to get one once we know the sex of the baby.  My sister in law has them for all her kids too, I'm not sure where she got them -- but hers are gender neutral.
