Here it is! It is awesome meatloaf, btw! I apologize ahead of time for format, I'm on the iPad. I use ground turkey because DS is allergic to beef but I'm sure it would be great either way. **2 lbs ground turkey **1 onion **4 medium sized carrots, peeled ** salt & pepper ...for Glaze ** 1-2 c ketchup ** 1/4 c brown sugar ** 2 tsp black pepper DIRECTIONS: preheat oven to 400 degrees F. I use the cuisenart to chop the carrots & onions very finely (the last time I even used about 1/4 of a squash in here as well.) Mix all ingredients for meatloaf together in a bowl until well combined. Form into loafs & place in glass dish with sides. Mix together ingredients for glaze & brush thick layer over entire loaf(s) & place in oven. Cook until internal temp is appropriate for whatever meat you've chosen. For turkey I generally give it about 45-55 min. It is so simple but our entire family LOVES it & doesn't even miss any of the traditional meatloaf ingredients! I also use a very similar recipe for meatballs, just a little less vegetables. I hope that what was you were looking for!

this looks so simple! thank you!! will let you know how it goes.
Sorry, didn't see this right away. Nope, don't use any kind of breadcrumbs. It is very simple but has turned out awesome every time! I make it like once a week because my LO will usually always eat it. I just use plenty of pepper because he likes things spicy! Hope it turned out well, I'd love to hear!
