We got our BFP this morning!! I am still smiling ear to ear! Today I am 10DPO on our 3rd cycle TTC and I knew last night that I wanted to test this morning so I kept waking up in the middle of the night hoping it was morning. Finally, the 3rd time I woke up, it was 4:00 and I laid in bed for about 20 minutes, then woke DH up and begged him to let me test. He wanted me to test tomorrow but he finally caved. I took a digi and came back and set it on his night stand and laid in bed while the test was still reading. DH looked at it after a few minutes and said "I did it!!!" We stayed up the rest of the morning looking up my due date and planning when we will tell everyone (at 14 weeks).
What we did different this cycle: I drank green tea and cut back on caffeine. I also laid in bed for 15 minutes after BD. We BD ONLY on 1-O, O, O-1.
What we did (not different): I stopped temping/charting. I only used a CBEFM and CBE digi OPKs, & Preseed externally.
Symptoms: I haven't had any symptoms and my AF symptoms normally don't start until the day before my period. This morning I have felt sick to my stomach but I think it's because I'm too excited and shocked to eat so I'm on an empty stomach.
My EDD is August 5th!! I'm so excited! Thanks so much ladies for all the advice, entertainment, and letting me vent! Best wishes to all of you! I will continue to pray for you ladies everyday!

Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies. ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.
Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

Same here! I got my first peak (ever) on Saturday, we BD that day, then I figured I O'd on Sunday, we BD then too, and then again on Monday.
So glad to hear it worked for you! That's exactly what I did. FX.
