Appt today...feeling nervous

I have an appt in 20 minutes and I'm totally panicking. I haven't been to the doctors in 5 weeks and starting a couple days ago I started to feel like I was losing symptoms. My nipples are not sore, my breasts are not as tender, my appetite is not as great, I don't feel as tired, or as sick. 

I keep trying to tell myself it's because I'm entering my 2nd tri, but there's something telling me that I lost another baby. I couldn't sleep and I feel so anxious it's insane. I wish I could keep the negative thoughts out, but I guess I will find out our fate this morning anyways.

    What you're feeling is completely normal!  I panicked so bad at my 7wk u/s that I was shaking and crying before I even laid down on the table.  It gets easier but I still feel that rush of adrenaline as I enter the office.  I know everything is going to go great for you today.  T&Ps for a great appt.

    Sending you lots of good thoughts and prayers - the freaking out is so hard but I guess we all go through it!  Look forward to a great update later.

    Many T&Ps for a great appointment!! I will be in your same shoes in December! I am so used to have an ultrasound every week, now I have to wait  FOUR weeks for my next one ... which i know is "normal" but it just seems like an eternity!! 

    Can't wait to hear an update. :)

    I am with you today! I have an appt but not until 2:30 this afternoon and I am pretty much just telling myself not to expect anything. I'm sorry you are feeling this way. Lots of hugs and great thoughts coming your way. Let us know how it goes!!

    It is definitely normal for your symptoms to subside around this time, but I understand the worry. Good luck today!

    This is normal!  Your symptoms will taper off late in the 1st trimester.  Just relax and think positive.  Your appointment will be great!

     Our baby boy,Logan, was born still at 19w3d on 7/1/2011
    Our 2nd baby boy, Mason, was born still at 20w3d on 1/31/2012

     After a much needed sanity break... we are praying for our rainbows

    I know exactly how you feel!  Before my 12 week appt last week I was so nervous, my bp was through the roof.  However, she set that doppler on my stomach and although it took 20 seconds to find the heartbeat it totally eased my mind.  Your feelings are totally natural and getting yourself all freaked out about it won't make it better!

    Awe, it's so hard being pgal! Try to push those fears and worries aside and relax. Stress doesn't do you or the baby any good. I hope you have a wonderful appointment!

    I know what you're going through.  Pretty much all of my symptoms disappeared around 6-7 weeks.  It's totally normal!  Good luck for a great appointment today!  Let us know how it goes!

    Every appt/test/ultrasounds scares me to death. Unfortunatley its normal once you are PGAL. Good luck today. You're in my thoughts
