  I had never heard the term puppy chow until this year and I've never eaten crispix before. It's muddy buddies and chex all the way for me.

  See I'm the exact opposite.  Mom always made them with Crispix and we called it Puppy Chow.  It probably depends on region.

  We actually call it Chocolate Trash b/c we shake it up with the powdered sugar in a grocery bag.  It took me a long time to figure out my Chocolate Trash was the same as Puppy Chow!  And we definitely make them with Chex!

  There's a recipe for it on the side of Chex cereal boxes, too. At least here in the U.S there is.

  mm looks yummy! I'll have to make some for our next play date! I've never eaten either of thos cereals, I hope we have them here!

  I do a "bark" using white chocolate, golden grahams, cranberries and cashews, its SO yummy!

  Chex now makes it's own & calls it MuddyBuddys.

  I don't think it's probably a regional thing. If I remember correctly KFC is in Florida (?) and I'm from California, lol.
