Christmas shopping help

Ok, I need more shopping help.  I have no idea what to buy The Boy for Christmas.  He is so hard to shop for because he is one of those if he sees it and want's it - he buys it.  He loves Nascar (Jimmy Johnson #48 is his fave if you care), he has a smoker barrel that he built himself so he likes to smoke/bbq.  He loves electronics.  If it's new, he has to have it (he has the iPad, iPod Touch, iPhone, XBox Kinect, Nintendo DS 3D, Playstation 3, Wii).  He likes clothes, but is really hard to shop for in that dept.  For his birthday this past week, I got him this really nice electric knife sharpener, a 90 minute massage, a new pair of shoes and some money when we went to Reno which he LOVED.  I'm looking to spend around $250 on him for Christmas - can you help?

    My go to gift for guys that like to BBQ is spices and spice blends from Penzey's. They are AMAZING. Don't know exactly where you are located, but they have a store in Menlo Park. Everyone I give it to ends up loving their stuff.

    I was going to suggest spices or rubs... how about a butch class (this is what I got Brian last year) from that place in the city--if you google it you can find it. There are other ones too. It sounds like he has just about everything he needs, so something like a butcher class or a bbq class or even beer of the month of bacon of the month are great. I got DH beer of the month 3 years ago and we loved it. I may have loved it more, but that isn't saying a whole lot.
