  Chocolate pecan pie https://culinary-creations.blogspot.com/2009/02/chocolate-pecan-pie.html You could make it easier by buying a pie crust and just making the filling. It is so good!

  I have always used the recipe on the back of the Karo corn syrup bottle--super easy and super yummy!  I get compliments on it every year.
