I'll keep this relatively short and hopefully blog the details later:
-SHG was fine
-Mock transfer was so painful. He has to dilate my cervix at ER for ET.
-I have some thyroid issues: I'll take aspirin after ET
-I have one copy of MTHFR: upped my curred folic acid dose to 2,000mgs
-I'm RH negative and DH is positive. Great.
-Oh, and for good measure, DH's latest SA looks basically like a pre-surgery sample.
If you got through this, thank you so much. I would PIP a cookie for you, but I've been effing up pics lately, so I'm not even going to try.

EDIT: My e2 was high this cd2. It was 92. FSH was normal at 6. RE said this could be a sign of reserve issues, but it's always been in the 40's on CD3 and I've responded well to meds. wtf?
Re: Well, I'm back. (edited- because yes, I forgot something)

TTC #2
I personally can't, but tst can. Here's what she told me:
There is no good data, but some studies suggest there might be a higher miscarriage rate. This might be because thyroid antibodies are a marker of underlying autoimmune disease (such at antiphospholipid antibodies), which is what actually increases the miscarriage rate. So it is not so much the thyroid antibodies that are the problem, but the other potential antibodies, and that is why they use aspirin (and prednisone... no one has looked at aspirin alone). There are some studies that suggest aspirin/prednisone can improve outcomes, but the evidence really isn't good. No one has done a prospective study. I think it is "it might help, it won't hurt, so let's try it" medicine.

I wouldn't worry so much about the E2 since you will have another one before you start stims - and that one is the one that matters.
I'm curious about the dialation of the cervix - have you had any problems with your IUIs? And you mean he is going to dilate it at the egg retrevial or at the emergency room (confused and its early?)
Ask if they give you valium for ET - its pretty common and it helps relax your muscles for the ET.
