This is the Rachel Ray recipe for mac n cheese I was telling you about.  It uses Gruyere cheese, not bleu cheese like I originally said.  It's yum-o!

    Mmm, that looks good!  I think I'll just add bacon into another recipe b/c I don't like to cook w/ alcohol (I'm weird, I know) but I'll definitely have to do that for a grown-up dinner some time.  Thank you!  I did a search myself the other day and the one I brought up did not look like that.  :)
