Trouble TTC

2ww almost over, and POAS x 2

So my 2ww will be over on wed, thank goodness!! i never realized how much i lacked patience until now!! i POAS last thurs, and again this sat - thurs was faintly positive, barely visible but was there - and saturday was darker - my biggest fear is this could still be my trigger (i triggered 11/7) - how likely is it that these tests are accurate? whenever i go to the bathroom im dreading seeing AF arrive - this is terrible! i don't feel like normal pre-menstural symptoms - i have odd discomfort in my lower abdomen but other than that no real cramps like i get typically hardcore. Trying to be optimistic - and thinking of all my other ladies getting ready to round out their 2ww!! GL!!

  • If you've lurked long enough then you should know that the trigger could still be in your system for up to 14dpo.  But in all likely hood went out around 8-10dptrigger.  And I will say that the line getting darker instead of lighter is a good chance that it's the real deal.  When does your RE want to do a beta?  Because if I were you I'd want to get one before the holiday.  And get on progesterone suppliments if needed.

  • Nevermind I see in your siggy your beta is set for the 25th.

And BTW...as someone dealing with MFI...I think your DH can no longer be possibly categorized that way if his POST WASH was "130 mil +"  putting that in your siggy is really rubbing me the wrong way.  If you were dealing with MFI in the past, I can understand the excitment over MASSIVE improvements...but you should understand how hurtful it appears to those of us that can never see anything even remotely close to that.  Putting it in your siggy is like rubbing it in our face.  Maybe I'm being b!tchy with AF on the way, but that's just how I feel.

  • well my husband has major issues as far as that goes, he's been seeing a urologist for over a year wondering why he cannot acheive an errection or have a normal climax like everyone else - his #s were never that high,  he's been medicated for months and took a while for the numbers to increase - we can never have a child naturally - he has no sperm in his semen at all - the only way we can try to do this is by obtaining them through his urine and in order for us to do that he has to be on meds prior to so it has NOT been easy for us AT ALL - I understand your frustration and that some DHs have low numbers as well as other issues and this post nor my siggy was NEVER inteneded to offend any of them - but to us, and how it was presented to us was this is a big deal, and will only get worse, and makes our trying to conceive just as difficult and frustrating - the meds helped this cycle, but thats never a guarantee. I always see ladies on here posting their good news, good #s or good test results (whether in their siggy or not) - and im ALWAYS happy for them, regardless!!  I'm sorry that you are going through stuff as well - and i am kind of insulted and offended by your comment - i come on here and try to support other girls and what they're going through - and to be bashed by you becuase you're feeling b!itchy bc of AF is not my fault, if you don't want to say something nice, then please don't comment on my posts - we have been going through a lot lately as well as the rest of you, granted it may not be as serious as some, and may be more serious than others - but that doesn't make my TTC any less intense for us involved. Some people on this board are still able to try to conceive naturally, and yet im not posting negative comments to them because we know we can NEVER acheive it that way. Your comment has really hurt me, and my husband is still considered to have infertilty issues, and probably always will and that is NEVER easy to deal with - regardless if his #s were good this cycle or not.

  • You are right, and I truly apologize for being rude.  I guess it's just after two years being on this board I've seen some people claim to have a problem who don't.  I did not know your story, and I guess that's true of all people that I have not gotten to know well on here yet...we never truly know what they are personally struggling with.  I'm sure if you ask the ladies around, they will say that was uncharacteristically rude of me.  I'm not normally like that.  I guess I should have thought twice and backed away from the post.  Again, I apologize for jumping to conclusions about your situation.  I hope you can accept my apology.
