Ever since DS was born my ogasm hasn't been the same. Le sigh. Not only are they super hard to achieve they seem much less intense. Perhaps because I have sex so infrequently that I have no idea what they feel like anymore. Idk. Le sigh again.

Anywho, fully dilated, pushed for 2 hours, c-section.

Please tell me I am not alone and they're magically going to go back to being, well, magical.

ETA: I'll eventually DD this.

They aren't the same for me either. I think it has to do with my VERY low drive. I want nothing to do with it all.

Well you are still BF-ing. That will mess up the whole system. I think it's natures way of keeping you from getting KU. That and the whole no ovulation thing. I don't even EBF and I still haven't gotten PPAF.

Im glad im not the only one out there... I had a low sex drive before now it really sucks and cant freakin have an O. Plus why does it still hurt so bad to have sex? No matter what I do. I know I hada 3rd degree tear but seriously

Kerr, sex was not fun for about 6 or 7 months PP. But in the past month, it's like someone flipped a switch. It's gotten much better in terms of comfort and enjoyment.

I think a lot of it had to do with exhaustion levels and your hormones from BF.

Exactly this! I worked in a OBGYN clinic for 4 year and not once did I hear a woman say their drive was high PP and I used to see 30+ patients a day!

OP: As meimsx pointed out, I chalk it up to my super low drive as well, I mean super low as in non-existant, poor DH but I don't feel like I'm missing anything, I could become a nun right now! lol

Now I feel like a sex-crazed freak. Haha. But I had a short labour and delivery with no tearing, so I guess I don't have any issues from that. I also haven't experienced dryness from BF that I've noticed.

I vote it's the exhaustion, BF and low sex drive. I have noticed that the more I force myself to have sex, the better it gets. Also, I promise it does get better!

BC lowered my sex drive like crazy. i'll never go back on it.

I second the bc. I'm EBF, I tore 2nd degree, and sex drive for six weeks pp was through the roof (not that we did anything about it). Then I went to my 6 week checkup, got on the pill, and sex drive plummeted. Zero. Dry as the Sahara. Two weeks ago I went off bc and it's a night and day difference. Up and happening over here!

We started off the same and eventually we began to make sex dates which were not fun in beginning because it felt more like a chore. Eventually things began to pick up and we are now doing MUCH better.

i don't post a ton, but just had to hop in here and say i'm in the same boat as kacelle. i EBF, no PP period yet, no dryness at all, and our sex life has never been better. i will say, however, that i fully attribute it to no birth control. BC lowered my sex drive like crazy. i'll never go back on it.

This is me too. I just quit the mini-pill because I couldn't handle my moodiness and low drive anymore. I forgot how much hormonal birth control hates my body.
