  • I do know that question one is normal...mine quit around that time. I don't know about the 2nd question as I didn't experience that. I am 32 weeks with twins... the questions will just keep coming, trust me. Good luck! Oh and that breast tenderness will return at about 30 weeks.

  • The same thing happened to me with breast pain, it died down right around that same time. As for the second question, it sounds like it might be BH. In my early stages my uterus never got hard from stretching and still doesn't. Are you staying hydrated enough? You need to make sure you're getting at least 3L of water a day - your body requires 2L and each baby's amniotic fluid is 1/2 a L and needs to be replenished every 24 hours. I would try upping your fluid intake and see if the hardness goes away. GL!

I was the same way pre-pregnancy. Once I got my BFP we got ourselves a Brita filter and the taste of the water has definitely made me enjoy drinking it a lot more. Other than that, you could try drinking water with fruit, like lemon to give it some flavor. Also, there are plenty of foods that are full of water that you could try and make sure you eat plenty of, like most fruits (apples especially) and vegetables.
