Can I vent about our photographer?

We purchased a package from a local photographer - she is doing newborn, 3, 6, 9 and 12 month photo shoots.  The pics are amazing......

The problem is, DD is 12 weeks old and we STILL do not have our order back from the newborn shoot (taken at 9 days old).  It took her 5 weeks to even get the proofs to us, and not we've been waiting another 6 weeks for our order to come in.  I'm getting VERY impatient......

    That is ridiculous! You need to find a more professional photographer that cares about their clients.

    You definitely should have seen the proofs sooner than 5 weeks. Our photographer had ours to us in less than a week! There is something wrong with this picture. (no pun intended)

    Wow, yea... I got my wedding photos back sooner than that.

    For DS, at Olan Mils, I get his photos in 4 weeks. Portrait Innovatoin I get them back right away
