Fit Mamas-All Mamas

How is everyone doing? It has been a while sense we have talked about getting in shape or staying in shape.

Are you still working towards your goals? Anyone meet a goal?

How close are you to your goal? Do you have a date that you would like to meet your goal by?

  • I have I have 40lbs or less to meet my goal. Which I think is great because I started at 85lbs. This was definitly a learning experience. I think I gained way to much weight while I was preggo. I hope to be close to my goal in January but don't think it is realistic to meet it by then.

  • Thanks. Good post. I'm still breastfeeding so I'm not doing too much to lose weight yet. But I am trying to eat better. I have lost a lot of weight, but nothing fits the same. I have a belly pouch now and my hips are still big. I think I just need to learn how to accept my PP body and work with what I have. Things just aren't the same. Lol.

  • I fell off the wagon before I ever got on it. First it was too cold after A was born, then it was too hot, then we were moving, and now I'm pregnant. When #2 comes, it'll be June, and thus hot again. I see a cycle starting...

    I feel the same way. A lot of things fit but nothing looks like it did before baby. Now I try jeans on and they fit great in the waist and are to short, or they first great in the legs and are to tight in the waist. I hate shopping.

    I never thought I'd say this..but shopping makes me depressed..lol..

  • I am rediscovering my motivation, but still lacking follow-through.  I need to lose 20lbs to be at my ideal weight.  I got a new Jillian dvd, pinned some quick workout ideas and some motivational pics of rockin bods on pinterest.  And had some oreos with my lunch.  This time of year is really hard for me to be mindful about diet.  But I am really mad at myself for not getting this done already, because now I am going to be fat in holiday pictures two years in a row. 
  • I have adopted a new moto until the holidays are over - I am not fat, I am fluffy.

  • I outwardly use Rouens' logic that I'm still BFing so I'm not really focused on losing weight. But inwardly, it's an excuse (that's just me though). I have the Jillian DVD still in the packaging.

    However, I would like to start this right after Thanksgiving cause like a PP said (Doodle I think) I don't want to be fat in Christmas pictures 2 years in a row.

    I just know my supply is dwindling and I don't want to mess with it. That's my story and I'm sticking to it (there is truth to it though, there really is). 

  • I'm finally in the 150's!!

    I have about 27 pounds to go, and I'd like to be there by Valentine's day!
