I picked up a My Brest Friend pillow today, but when got home realized there is a twin version available. Did you find you needed a twin pillow, or is a regular version ok?

I have the twin version and my sister has a Boppy that she uses with her son. I obviously haven't used mine yet, but the twin pillow is much, much bigger then the Boppy and seems like it could support two babies much better.

If you want to tandem nurse, you for sure need the twin version.
I have two boppys too b/c most of the time I feed one after the other. But I still use the tandem pillow at night. I couldn't feed both of them at once without it (well, I could, but I would HURT after)
Definitely get the twin version. I had the EZ 2 Nurse and when I would nurse without it, it was always awkward. Much more comfortable with a twin pillow.

Yep - ditto pp. I had a Boppy and Brest Friend from my singleton... Had to buy the Twin Brest Friend to tandem nurse. Although now I just do double cradle without a pillow... But in the early days a twin nursing pillow is a must.
