DX = Endo and right tube blocked
IUI #1-3 - 50mg Clomid, 75iu Gonal, Ovidrel, Progesterone = BFN
IVF #1 - ER = 9R, 9M, 8F; 5DT of 1 embryo (3 frosties) = BFP!!
Beta #1 (17dpo) = 496, Beta #2 (20dpo) = 1318, Beta #3 (22dpo) = 2190

3 good follies!

Today I had day 11 monitoring on my third IUI cycle and this time I had 3 good size follies (24, 23, and 20...my RE likes to see them measure at least 18). Two were on my good side and one was on the bad side. This is the first time that I've had more than 1 that measured at least 18. My RE had me trigger tonight, but my question is I thought some ladies had to cancel their cycles because they had too many big follies. Is that the case and if so how many was too many?

It depends on your DX, how many cycles you've dones, your bloodwork and your history. Originally, my said she wanted no more than 2-3 but last month I had 5 mature (10 over 14 mm) but based on b/w she let us go ahead with TI after cancelling our IUI. This cycle I had 3 and potentially 4 and cancelling wasn't a consideration.

ETA: Obviously, she was right about my last cycle with 10 follies over 14 mm because it was still a BFN.
After more than 2 years of fertility treatments, FET did the trick!
IVF March 2012 - BFP! - Severe OHSS = 8 days in the hospital in kidney failure
No heartbeat at 10w6d
FET August 27,2012 = BFP!

IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
beta #2 11/28 = 2055
Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!
