Toddler bed duvets - where to buy them?

Seems like I should know this, but I don't.  The boys are still using their baby blankets at night so I think it's time to graduate.  They'll be in their toddler beds for a while before we switch them to twins (that will then convert to bunk beds).  Where can I find these?  I know Ikea carries some.  Where else?

    Not very many places. I've been looking into these for some time. IKEA is probably your best bet with a reasonable price.

    pottery barn carries some.  i bought one from ikea but deconstructed it and use different material. really easy to just make one to fit a toddler sized comforter.
