anyone taking B6 for morning sickness?

Just curious if you have tried this and if it has helped.  Thanks :)

    Well I don't know how much is to this but after my gastric bypass 3 years ago I had to start taking a B-complex...I never had morning sickness so I dont know if that had anything to do with it or not

    Yes, my dr recommended B6 but it hasn't seemed to help me too much.

    My OB nurse suggested I try either B6 3x a day or unisom 2x a day. I'm really sensitive to sleeping aids (knocks me right out), so I've been trying the B6. I don't know if it's really been helping or if my ms has just been letting up. I am feeling better, though.

    I started taking a B complex a month or two before I got pregnant and continue to do so.  No MS here, but I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the B6.

     

    Me: 39 DH: 35 - TTC #1 since October 2010

    Yeah I have been taking it since the beginning but I don't think it really has helped. I think benadryl or unisom would work better. I usually take benadryl and it helps me just as well as phenergan ever did!
