  I have that bottle warmer and the measurements confuse me too. I've tried it both ways and it never seems to reach the exact temperature I want.

  We have one at work and I just fill it up to the "8" line for a 4 oz bottle

  Had that warmer too and hated all the measuring, traded for the Fist Years "Smart" warmer and it works so much better with no measuring. I has a small tank that distributes water into the unit and you program in what kind of bottle you are doing

  standard/wide/drop in 

  number of oz

  BM or formula (also has settings for babyfood)

  and starting temp room temp/frozen/refrigerated

  and it saves your last setting if you repeat simailar kinds of feedings. Super easy and always gets it the right temp every time!

  We have the warmer and the measurements never worked for us. We just fill the tubes twice and that usually works. We have a cold refrigerator though.

  We have that warmer and also hate the measurements... I just fill the tube up to the top and that seems to work for about 3.5 oz of milk from the fridge.  I hate also that when it's not warm enough, if you want to turn it back on, sometimes it has to cool first and won't go on right away.  Very annoying.

  Thanks for the help!  I probably should have been a little pickier when deciding on a bottle warmer.  Goes to show, cheapest isn't always best!
