We got one this week, when I went back to work so my husband could quickly heat a bottle of breastmilk after he picked her up. The chart for the amount of water to use says to put 4 units in for a 4 oz bottle of breastmilk. Then it is shaded in and says to refill the measuring thing again. Do we put 4 in or 8? The customer service is closed until Monday.
Re: Does anybody have a first years bottle warmer?
Had that warmer too and hated all the measuring, traded for the Fist Years "Smart" warmer and it works so much better with no measuring. I has a small tank that distributes water into the unit and you program in what kind of bottle you are doing
standard/wide/drop in
number of oz
BM or formula (also has settings for babyfood)
and starting temp room temp/frozen/refrigerated
and it saves your last setting if you repeat simailar kinds of feedings. Super easy and always gets it the right temp every time!

Thanks for the help! I probably should have been a little pickier when deciding on a bottle warmer. Goes to show, cheapest isn't always best!
