Does anyone else have a super small baby? My daughter is going to be 7 months this weekend. At the doctor today she weighed 13lbs 3oz. She's perfectly healthy and was only born a week early. She's still wearing 0-3 clothes.

My guy is slow to grow and small too. His corrected age is 71/2 months and he's only 14lbs 12 oz

My little guy is pretty small, weight wise but pretty long. He is 8 months and weighs just over 16lbs. I think as long as they are eating and putting on weight everything is fine.

Same here, but G is 7.5 months. His weight has always been between 12-16% but length has been 86-90% for his age. My lil string bean! He eats like crazy though- 3 square meals a day (meat with 2 of them), 2 snacks and nurses 5 times. Must be a fast metabolism (NOT like mommy!)

My DD weighed exactly the same at her last appt 2 weeks ago. Doc isn't concerned, she eats well and is gaining so thats what's important

Mine is still in 3m clothes. I'm starting to move him to 3-6m clothes but that's because of the weather. At his 6m appt he was 13lb 12oz. Someone has to have the small baby and that's us.

DS is tiny as well. He weighed 13lbs ayt his 6 month appoint. They said he was in the 10th percentile for height and weight. It's so funny to see this little man zipping around the house. He just recently started to cruise, and he looks so tiny compared to whatever he's holding on too.

Haha yeah I've got a little dude! My friend has a son almost 3 months younger than mine and they wear the same size diapers and clothes! They weigh almost exactly the same. Doc isn't worried though, and he looks nice and chubby and healthy. I guess he doesn't take after his daddy, who is a big guy!

My girl is very small also 7 mos, 13.6 lbs, 26 3/4 in. doc told us to mix her formula stronger so she gets more cals per ounce.

I am a fellow mommy to a tiny baby. She was born at 38 wks. 6lb 3oz at her 6 mo. check she was 13lb and she is 9mos now and according to our home scale she is 16lb (9 mo check is Weds. so I will have a "official" weight then)

It used to bother me a lot and I would worry and I would try feeding her more but she just doesnt have a big appetite, she will clamp her mouth shut and lot let me get anything in, so I know when she is full/satisfied.

Pedi says she is just peitite and isnt concerned, as long she she is hitting developmental milestones (which she is doing consistently)

ETA: unlike your LO though DD always prgresses through clothing sizes according to her age. However some brands are sized differently, so she can fit into smaller sizes simetimes. Dont worry if your Pedi isnt worried, everyone, even babies, have different body types
