Is anyone familiar with the Bradley Method? Used it in the past or planning to use it? My doctor suggested it as a good option for natural childbirth, so now I'm curious what others think about it.
I took Bradley classes with my son and learned a ton about labor, delivery and pre-natal care. The goal was to have an unmedicated birth, but for various reasons, I chose to go with the epi anyway.
Other methods you might want to look into are Hypnobabies and Brio. Brio is an offshoot of the Bradley method. There was some disagreement within Bradley about education tools, resources, etc. so a fairly sizable group of instructors developed a method based on Bradley, but also utilizing other research and tools. Brio has more updated materials and online resources than Bradley, but I'm sure that both options would be good.

He has also written a book if you want to look into before signing up for a class. It is called Husband-Coached Childbirth: The Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth. I found it to be an interesting read.
