ITs WONDERFUL!!!  It really works and puts the bulb suction to shame!!  I ordered mine from Amazon.

    As gross as it seems, it works super great...WAY better than any bulb.

    Why is it so much better? Our bulb seems to be working fine especially when I use saline spray to loosen things up.

    So much better at getting rid of boogies!  Gets a lot more out than the bulb ever did for us, especially with a little saline spray beforehand.

    Ours has been a godsend in the last 2 months since DD2 has had 2 infections.  Does the job better than the bulb.  DH is still freaked about using it, though.  Haha.  We got ours at Whole Foods!  I was so excited when I saw it there (they didn't have it before).  The girl working in the aisle said she finally convinced management to bring it in since so many people had been asking for it.

    Best invention ever. I wish I had one for DD through her many colds but I'm so glad to have it now with DS. (DD won't let me go near her with it)

    Haha - I ambushed DD1 with it the other day! When she realized it's not as nasty and intrusive as the bulb and got even dried on buggers out with one suck she let me near her nose voluntarily with it!

    FYI - This can be purchase with Flex Spending...I got mine on Drugstore.com with my FSA card...Absolutely love it! So wish they had them in 2008!
