Bloodwork referred by OB

Hey Ladies!

I was wondering if you knew the answer to this.. MY DH and I have been ttc for 12 cycles and I went to my OB for a consult..

We're in the process of getting him into a URO for a SA but in the mean time they sent me for bloodwork.

I wasn't sent on any particular CD but had my FSH, LH, PROLACTIN, ESTRADIOL, CBC, ETC. checked..

I guess my question is "Can you go for this type of bloodwork on any CD?"

No you can't. And if your OB didn't know that- you should get a new OB.

ETA- It's usually called CD3 Blood work- done on or around CD 3.
